 We listened to the story of the arrival of 'salep' from the soil to our table with the District Director of Agriculture Galip BAYKAL and director of Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) and Ecological Producers Education and Assistance Association (EKOMDER) Hakkı Karaman. We drank salep with our students and chatted.The students who try for the first time love the flavor of this milk beverage.
